Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end fulfilment and last-mile delivery operations across multiple locations.

- Define and implement operational KPIs, SLA monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Partner with technology teams to leverage WMS, TMS, and route optimization tools.

- Drive cost efficiency, on-time delivery, and high service quality metrics.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operations teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, procurement, and customer experience.

- Develop scalable processes to manage peak demand and expansion into new markets.
