
- Looking for key front-office and senior leadership roles associated with Investment Bank's India operations, especially those relevant to client-facing, markets and corporate coverage leadership.
- Accountable for Trade Finance Flow, Lending, Structured Trade Finance, Receivables Financing, Supply Chain, Structuring & Securitization revenue targets.
- Organizing team of Trade Finance & Lending Sales specialists & Flow Business
- Primary contact for all Government of India business.
- Partner with colleagues on account planning for LLC, MNC & PSU clients and finalize Budget for the Team & Region.
- Responsible for serving local and multinational corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive P&L for assigned coverage or product verticals within Investment Banking Originate, structure, and execute complex investment banking transactions across M&A, capital markets, and advisory.
- Develop and execute client coverage and growth strategies aligned with firm priorities.
- Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell products, and expand wallet share with key institutional and corporate clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CFOs, Boards, and senior promoters
- Lead high-impact client engagements, pitch processes, and deal negotiations
- Provide senior oversight on transaction structuring, valuation, documentation, and execution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Product teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing front office teams across levels.
- Build a strong performance, accountability, and client-centric culture.
- Contribute to firm-wide strategy, product innovation, and go-to-market initiatives
- Partner with global and regional leadership on cross-border transactions and mandates.
