Key responsibilities:
- Franchise recruitment and management: Identify, pitch, and onboard new franchisees for stores (EBOs/MBOs) in a specific region.
- Sales and performance management: Drive the sales performance of the entire franchise network within the region to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Business development: Find new retailers to stock the brand's products and help existing franchisees grow their business.
- Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends, identify new growth opportunities, and address potential problems with strategic solutions.
- Operational support: Guide franchisees through the entire process, including property selection, legalities, layout, hiring, and training, to ensure a successful store launch.
- Reporting and forecasting: Generate regular sales reports, forecast future sales, and provide insights to senior management on performance and areas for improvement.
- Brand advocacy: Act as the brand ambassador, representing the company and its products to potential and existing franchisees.
Qualifications and skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or retail sales, ideally within the apparel/fashion industry. A proven track record of meeting sales targets is essential.
- Sales and negotiation: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
