Job Title: - Head - Franchisee

Location: - Mumbai

Reporting: - CEO / Head of Broking

Role Responsibilities:


- Responsible for building, managing, and expanding the franchisee / Authorized Person (AP) network for the broking vertical. The role focuses on driving business growth through partner acquisition, productivity enhancement, and relationship management, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory, risk, and governance standards.

Job Responsibilities:


Franchisee Strategy & Expansion:


- Define and execute the franchisee / Authorized Person strategy aligned with the broking business objectives.


- Identify, evaluate, and onboard franchisees in accordance with SEBI and exchange guidelines.


- Drive geographic expansion and strengthen market presence through the franchisee channel.

Business Growth & Revenue:


- Drive revenue, client acquisition, and trading volumes through franchisee operations.


- Set performance targets, monitor productivity, and implement incentive and payout structures.


- Support franchisees in scaling their retail and HNI client base across approved products.

Franchisee Relationship Management:


- Act as the primary escalation point for franchisees and APs.


- Resolve operational, commercial, and service-related issues to ensure partner satisfaction.


- Conduct periodic performance reviews and engagement programs.

Governance, Risk & Compliance:


- Ensure franchisee activities comply with SEBI regulations, exchange norms, and internal policies.


- Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Surveillance teams for monitoring, audits, and inspections.


- Oversee corrective actions and ensure timely closure of observations.

Training & Enablement:


- Ensure regular training for franchisees and their teams on products, systems, compliance, and risk management.


- Drive adoption of trading platforms, digital tools, and process enhancements.

Reporting & MIS:


- Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and performance reports to senior management.


- Track onboarding status, revenue contribution, client growth, and compliance indicators

Professional Background:


- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, or Finance.


- 10-15 years of experience in stock broking or financial services, with strong exposure to franchisee / AP management.


- In-depth knowledge of SEBI Authorized Person framework and distribution models.


- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
