Job Title: - Head - Franchisee
Location: - Mumbai
Reporting: - CEO / Head of Broking
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard franchisees in accordance with SEBI and exchange guidelines.
- Drive geographic expansion and strengthen market presence through the franchisee channel.
Business Growth & Revenue:
- Set performance targets, monitor productivity, and implement incentive and payout structures.
- Support franchisees in scaling their retail and HNI client base across approved products.
Franchisee Relationship Management:
- Resolve operational, commercial, and service-related issues to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and engagement programs.
Governance, Risk & Compliance:
- Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Surveillance teams for monitoring, audits, and inspections.
- Oversee corrective actions and ensure timely closure of observations.
Training & Enablement:
- Drive adoption of trading platforms, digital tools, and process enhancements.
Reporting & MIS:
- Track onboarding status, revenue contribution, client growth, and compliance indicators
Professional Background:
- 10-15 years of experience in stock broking or financial services, with strong exposure to franchisee / AP management.
- In-depth knowledge of SEBI Authorized Person framework and distribution models.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
