Location: Mumbai.

Experience Required: 8 to 15 years (strictly not more than 15 years)

Industry: Luxury Hospitality / 5-Star Hotels.


Travel: Open to extensive travel.

Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations Banqueting & Outdoor Catering to lead large-scale banquet and outdoor catering operations for a luxury hospitality brand. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to 5-star hotel operations, high-end events, and premium service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end operations for banqueting and outdoor catering events.

- Ensure seamless execution of luxury events, weddings, corporate functions, and large-scale gatherings.

- Maintain exceptional service standards aligned with 5-star hospitality benchmarks.

- Manage multiple venues, teams, and vendors across locations.

- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and quality assurance.

- Coordinate with sales, culinary, logistics, and service teams.

- Handle client interactions and ensure superior guest satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

- 8 to 15 years of experience in Banqueting / Outdoor Catering Operations.

- Mandatory experience working with Luxury 5-Star Hotels.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Proven expertise in managing high-volume, premium events.

- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
