Description: Role Objective: Lead and scale Company s owned truck fleet operations across multiple cities by improving fleet utilisation, expanding delivery coverage through owned assets, reducing partner dependency, and driving delivery cost optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Improve fleet utilisation to 75 to 80% through ePicient deployment, route optimisation, and operational planning

- Expand deliveries through the owned fleet and strategically reduce partner deliveries.

- Drive preventive maintenance programs to increase truck uptime and operational reliability.

- Optimise delivery cost per KM and per KL delivered.

- Build and monitor truck-wise profitability and utilisation dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Develop city fleet teams, including planners, driver coordinators, and maintenance supervisors.

- Implement telematics and data-driven operational controls.

- Manage the partner ecosystem for peak demand and remote deliveries requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

- Fleet utilisation percentage

- KL delivered per truck per month

- Reduction in delivery cost per KL

- Increase in owned fleet delivery share

- On-time delivery performance

- Reduction in breakdown frequency

- Fleet EBITDA contribution

Candidate Profile:-

- 12 to 18 years of experience in logistics, fleet operations, fuel distribution, or e-commerce logistics.

- Proven experience managing multi-city fleet operations with 50+ vehicles.

- Strong expertise in route optimisation, utilisation improvement, and cost optimisation.

- Exposure to logistics technology and telematics systems.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and execution capability.
