Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant or CFA Degree

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance transformation roles

- Experience in Finance process automation, ERP implementation and optimization (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

- Experience in Shared services setup and management

- Experience in Change management in finance organizations & Business process reengineering

- Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in health-tech or technology sectors

- Proven track record of leading finance automation projects

- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology or health-tech companies

- Ability to drive organizational change and influence senior leadership

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end finance transformation initiatives to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvement within the finance function.

- Oversee the implementation of new financial systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation projects.

- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to senior management on best practices in finance transformation.

- Manage change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, training, and support throughout the transformation journey.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls during all phases of transformation initiatives.
