The Job:

We are seeking to identify accomplished Financial Services consulting professionals who combine strong domain expertise with experience leading complex business transformation programmes.

This is an opportunity to work directly with senior business leaders, shape transformation agendas, and build long-term client relationships while contributing to practice growth and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic consulting engagements for global Financial Services clients.

- Advise CXOs and senior stakeholders on business transformation initiatives.

- Drive large-scale operating model, digital transformation and process improvement programs.

- Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.

- Lead consulting proposals, solution development and executive presentations.

- Mentor consulting teams and contribute to capability development.

- Drive thought leadership through market insights, industry perspectives and consulting assets.

Your Profile:

- 15+ years of consulting experience within Financial Services (Banking or Payments).

- Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following Banking or Payments.

- Experience leading enterprise transformation or strategic consulting engagements.

- Strong stakeholder management and client advisory experience.

- MBA from a premier institute preferred.
