Financial Controller & FPNA Head

- We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller & FP&A Head to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our global marketplace operations.

- This role is responsible for ensuring financial discipline, optimizing profitability, and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial control, forecasting, business partnering, and compliance in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Controlling:

- Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance policies.

- Develop and implement strong financial control systems to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management strategies.

- Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the global marketplace operations.

- Analyze key financial metrics, business performance, and cost structures to drive profitability.

- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.

- Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluations for new business initiatives.

- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial data analytics.
