Head - Finance Transformation

Role Overview:

As the Finance Transformation Head, you will spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge finance solutions leveraging Indian ERP platforms like ZOHO, TALLY, and others. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to optimize financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring the seamless integration of financial systems across the organization. This role directly impacts the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations, contributing to improved profitability and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of finance transformation initiatives, aligning them with overall business objectives.

- Evaluate existing financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Design and implement customized solutions using Indian ERP platforms (ZOHO, TALLY, etc.) to streamline financial operations.

- Manage the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of financial processes and system configurations.

- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications.

- Provide ongoing support and training to finance users on ERP system functionalities and best practices.

- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage finance transformation projects, specifically involving Indian ERP platforms.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing financial solutions using ZOHO, TALLY, and other relevant ERP systems.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Minimum of 10-13 years of experience in finance and ERP implementation.
