Head - Finance - Supply Chain/Sourcing & Procurement Domain - CA

This is NOT a traditional Finance Head role.

We are looking for a hardcore business-facing finance leader who has built and scaled finance + supply chain operations in a healthcare environment.

This is a high ownership, transformation-driven mandate with global exposure.

NON-NEGOTIABLES (Read carefully before applying)

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- Currently / recently CFO / Finance Head in Healthcare / Hospitals ONLY

- Strong ownership across Finance + Supply Chain + Sourcing & Procurement

- Experience managing large-scale finance/shared services setups

- Hands-on exposure to SAP / Oracle ecosystems + finance transformation

- Proven track record in cost optimization & process efficiency

- Exposure to multi-country / global stakeholder environments preferred

- Stable career (avg. ~3+ years tenure per role)

- No long unexplained gaps

- IT Services / BFSI / Manufacturing (without healthcare exposure) - NOT relevant

- Pure controllership / reporting profiles - NOT a fit

What You Will Be Doing:

- Build & scale a 400-700 member global operations team across Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement

- Manage finance operations for multi-country hospital networks (India, SEA, Europe)

- Drive closing, compliance, reporting & governance frameworks

- Lead global ERP rollouts (SAP / Oracle integration)

- Deliver cost optimization & spend efficiency programs

- Drive AI / data-led transformation in finance operations

- Act as strategic partner to country CFOs & business leaders

- Build & lead high-performance leadership teams

- This role needs a hands-on operator + transformation leader

- Not a backend finance / reporting profile

Ideal Profile:

- Has scaled large finance / GCC / shared service setups

- Strong grip on numbers + operations + systems

- Experience in complex, multi-entity, global environments

- Ability to drive stakeholder alignment across geographies

- Proven execution-focused leader
