The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and control company budgets, expenses, and financial risks.
- Develop and manage budgeting processes to ensure financial efficiency.
- Implement automation solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, audits, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment planning.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Improve financial processes and internal controls for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with various departments to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to improve overall performance and accountability.
- Maintain strong investor relations and communication.
- Support and lead fundraising activities, including preparation of financial data and due diligence.
