Description:

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership:

- Partner with leadership team to drive financial strategy and business growth

- Provide insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

2. Financial Controllership:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)

- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll

- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks

3. Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS)

- Manage audits (internal & external) and regulatory filings

- Identify and mitigate financial risks

4. Taxation:

- Oversee direct and indirect taxation (GST, Income Tax, etc.)

- Ensure timely tax filings and optimize tax structures

- Liaise with tax advisors and authorities

5. Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships

- Optimize capital structure and funding strategies

- Monitor liquidity and financial health

Requirements:

- CA qualified with 10-18 years of experience in finance & accounting

- Proven experience in controllership and financial leadership roles in real estate industry
