The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) with:

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in FP&A or Business Finance

- Strong SAP experience

- Expertise in business planning, treasury, mergers & acquisitions

- Hands-on experience in group consolidation and knowledge of IND AS

- Strong leadership skills to collaborate with subsidiary CFOs/CEOs

- Exceptional communication skills to drive impactful discussions

- A resilient and growth-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Strategy:

- Develop and execute financial plans & strategies aligned with UDSs business objectives

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making

- Build and maintain robust financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning

Business & Financial Operations:

- Oversee trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet management

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and manage tax filings (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.)

- Monitor intercompany, inter-plant, and branch accounts

- Conduct budget vs. actuals analysis on a monthly basis

Reporting & Risk Management:

- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Analyze financial trends, risks, and performance metrics to guide business decisions

- Improve internal control systems and address audit recommendations

Stakeholder & Team Management:

- Collaborate with departmental heads & senior leadership to provide financial insights

- Lead and mentor the FP&A team, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement

- Drive financial process optimization for greater accuracy & operational efficiency
