It is transforming from a captive product ecosystem into India's next full-scale digital financial marketplace - a multi-lender, multi-product platform integrating lending, investments, and insurance. We're looking for fintech ecosystem leaders who can scale lending partnerships, drive innovation, and own the P&L for a rapidly expanding Loan Service Provider business."

We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to head our Lending business, driving growth across digital and consumer lending portfolios. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business strategy, product development, and digital transformation, with a proven ability to scale lending businesses through innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

- Lead the overall lending strategy and portfolio management, ensuring growth, profitability, and customer engagement.

- Define and execute strategies for business expansion, customer acquisition, and retention.

- Drive product innovation and enhance digital lending capabilities to deliver seamless and contactless customer experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across risk, technology, and marketing to optimize lending processes and efficiency.

- Build and manage partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem players to strengthen lending offerings.

- Oversee digital initiatives aimed at improving customer journeys, conversion, and lifecycle value.

- Manage P&L performance, ensuring sustained growth and scalability through data insights and technology adoption.
