Job Description:
- Lead and scale end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and compliance across the organization. Act as a strategic business partner driving financial insights, process transformation, and performance improvement.

Description:
- Manage the overall financial strategy and operations of the organization.
- Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Lead financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Profile:
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience
- Charted Accountant
- FP&A capability (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
- ERP & digital finance exposure (SAP S/4, Blackline, Dynamics, RPA)
- Process transformation experience (close acceleration, standardization)
- Stakeholder management at CXO/Board level
- Team leadership (10+ team size, multi-location preferred)
- Vendor / BPO governance (SLAs, KPIs, cost optimization)
- Business partnering mindset (not just reporting)
- Ability to operate in ambiguity & scale
