Head - Finance - IT

We're Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Bhubaneswar.

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Head Office).

Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years in finance leadership roles, with strong understanding of the IT industry.

Joining: Immediate.

- We are looking for a strategic CFO to lead financial planning and management for our IT company with branches across India and abroad.

- The ideal candidate must understand the IT industry deeply and be able to manage complex financial operations across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

- Monitor and optimize cash flow and investments across branches.

- Drive strategic growth and profitability initiatives globally.

- Advise leadership on financial planning and risk management.

Requirements:

- Min. 8 years of senior finance leadership experience.

- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and international finance practices.

- Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
