We are a fast-growing D2C brand disrupting food industry. Having scaled rapidly, we are now looking for a strong Finance Head to lead financial strategy, drive profitability, and ensure we are well-capitalized for the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investor Relations (Mandatory):

- Lead equity and debt fundraising from preparing investor materials, building financial models, running due diligence, to closing deals.

- Build and manage relationships with VCs, PEs, angel networks, banks, and financial institutions.

- Partner with founders in strategic capital planning for growth and expansion.

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Own end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned to business goals.

- Design and track KPIs on unit economics, customer acquisition cost, LTV, margins, and working capital.

- Provide data-driven insights to optimize growth, pricing, and profitability.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure compliance with taxation, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, and corporate law requirements.

- Oversee audits, investor reporting, board presentations, and MIS.

Operations & Cash Flow Management:

- Build strong cash flow discipline, treasury management, and cost controls.

- Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to align financial strategy with business execution.

- Implement scalable finance processes, systems, and controls suitable for a high-growth startup.

What Were Looking For

- Must-have: Proven track record of fundraising (Series A/B and beyond) in a high-growth startup (preferably D2C/e-commerce/consumer brand).

- Strong expertise in fundraising, financial modelling, investor relations, and regulatory compliance.

- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred.
