Head - Finance - Financial Services - CA

A leading Financial Services company is seeking an experienced Finance Head to lead the organization's financial strategy, governance, compliance, and performance management. The role will partner closely with leadership to ensure financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making in a regulated fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS

- Oversee accounting, statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls

- Manage cash flows, treasury, working capital, and banking relationships

- Support product launches and growth initiatives with financial analysis

- Lead regulatory coordination, governance, and audit closures

- Act as the primary finance interface for investors and shareholders

Requirements:

- CA with 12-18+ years of finance leadership experience

- Prior exposure to BFSI / fintech / regulated environments

- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and governance

- Experience with board reporting and senior stakeholder management

- High integrity, strategic thinking, and execution mindset
