Job Title: Head of Finance - Digital Energy Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with global teams (KSA, Africa, USA) to align financial strategies and reporting.

- Monitor and manage financial performance, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.

- Prepare detailed cost-benefit analysis and margin optimization reports for new and existing projects.

- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

- Drive financial reporting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Project Management) to support business decisions with financial insights.

- Support external audits and ensure robust internal controls are in place.

- Contribute to strategic planning and business modeling initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CPA, or MBA Finance preferred).

- 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in IT/Technology/Product/Consulting environments.

- Proven experience working with cross-border teams (KSA, Africa, USA) and understanding of international business practices.

- Strong understanding of multiple pricing models including software licensing and project consulting.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
