The Key Responsibilities are:

- Lead financial accounting, monthly/annual closures, and preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements across multiple entities.

- Drive treasury, cash flow, banking, payables, receivables, and working capital management to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.

- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance, including assessments, audits, filings, and regulatory reporting.

- Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, risk management practices, and audit readiness across the organization.

- Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, MIS, profitability analysis, and strategic decision support.

- Drive ERP optimization, finance automation, reporting enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

- Drive M&A and Fund Raising Initiatives

- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, consultants, regulators, and key internal stakeholders.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance teams while fostering accountability and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- CA with 15-20 years of experience in finance, accounting, audits, taxation, treasury, and financial operations.

- Must have been in a leadership role for 4+ years

- Preferably from Services, Technology, Consulting or knowledge driven organizations

- Strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, statutory compliance, internal controls, and governance.

- Proven experience managing treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

- Hands-on experience leading statutory, internal, tax audits, and regulatory assessments.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Rise, or other enterprise ERP platforms.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and finance reporting tools.

- Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

- Experience leading and developing finance teams in large, diversified, or high-growth organizations.

- Track record of driving finance transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
