Head Finance Controller - CA

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Head - Finance Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the fiscal health of the organization.

The ideal candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in financial planning, compliance, and operational control across multi-location businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage working capital, cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure liquidity and financial health

- Implement, standardize, and monitor financial procedures, SOPs, and internal audit controls

- Track and control operational expenses including food, liquor, consumables, IT, rentals, CAM, utilities, and renovations

- Monitor and forecast revenues and costs to support business expansion, site selection, and outlet-level profitability

- Prepare and analyze key financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports for management review

- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements such as VAT, GST, PF, TDS, ESIC, licenses, and other regulations

- Liaise with external CAs, consultants, and auditors on financial and regulatory matters

- Ensure timely disbursement of payments to vendors, partners, and statutory bodies

- Supervise collections, manage credit control processes, and oversee recovery of outstanding dues

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Mandatory qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Strong command over financial reporting, planning, and controls

- In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation and regulatory compliance

- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Ability to manage and monitor cost efficiency across multiple cost centers

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Proficient in financial software, MS Excel, and ERP systems
