Head - Finance - CA

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering:

- Partner with the CEO and business leaders on strategic and commercial decisions.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance reviews.

- Build financial models and evaluate new business opportunities, pricing, and investments.

- Provide financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Financial Reporting & Controllership:

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

- Oversee accounting operations, financial statement preparation, and statutory audits.

- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Monitor revenue recognition, provisioning, fixed assets, and balance sheet integrity.

Taxation, Treasury & Compliance:

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

- Manage treasury operations, cash flow planning, banking relationships, and working capital.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders.

Commercial Finance & Process Excellence:

- Support commercial negotiations, contract reviews, bid evaluations, and pricing decisions.

- Lead finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementation, and process automation.

- Develop finance dashboards, MIS, and performance metrics to support decision-making.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across functions.

Legal (Good to Have):

- Coordinate with external legal counsel and the Company Secretary on routine legal and corporate compliance matters.

- Review commercial agreements from a financial and commercial risk perspective.

Qualifications & Experience:

Mandatory:

- Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 810 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Taxation, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, statutory audits, and ERP systems.

- Proven team management and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
