Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Finance to lead our Finance function.

The role requires strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, business finance, accounting, compliance, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving financial excellence and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall finance function, including Accounting, Business Finance, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk Management.

- Preferred candidate has experience in working with or being audited by Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).

- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team for decision-making and long-term growth.

- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reporting processes.

- Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls to ensure governance and risk management.

- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation for efficiency.

- Mentor, guide, and lead the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Engage with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.

Qualification & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) degree with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.

- Proven experience in managing finance for an operating business/company (not consultancy or auditing).

- Strong expertise in Accounting, MIS, Closing, Reporting, Financial Modelling, Business Finance, and FP&A.

- Exposure to Auditing and Financial Controlling will be an added advantage.

- Demonstrated ability in team management (small or large teams), with a track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.

- Experience working as a team Lead/ Manager and business partner to leadership, not as an individual contributor (IC).
