Head - Finance - CA

D2C experience, CA mandatory

We are building a new-age D2C brand and are looking for a dynamic Finance Lead to take ownership of all financial operations. This is a critical role that will work directly with the founders to establish robust financial systems and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance operations including budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.

- Manage GST filings, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory compliances.

- Oversee due diligence processes for fund raising and investor audits.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and track revenue and expenses.

- Set up accounting processes and manage external vendors (CA firms, auditors, etc.).

- Monitor working capital, inventory cycles, and vendor payments.

- Prepare board decks and investor reports.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-7 years of experience.

- Prior experience with a D2C or consumer startup is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of GST, financial audits, and due diligence.

- Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.

- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
