Head - Finance - CA

Qualifications/Experience: Qualified CA with 9-15 years of exp

Location: Pune

Budget: 30 LPA (including variable)

MUST: SAP ERP experience, working exp in the capital equipment, heavy machinery, or manufacturing industry.

Key responsibilites:

1) Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals, including long-term financial planning and investment decisions.

2) Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Oversee the budgeting process, create financial forecasts, and manage financial performance against targets.

3) Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, conduct financial analysis to provide insights into company performance, and assess the impact of business decisions.

4) Risk Management:

- Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.

5) Team Leadership:

- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

6) Accounting & Compliance:

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

7) Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations, including tax planning and audits.
