Head of Finance (BPO background required)

Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end finance for the $150M BPO business, aligning closely with business heads and delivery teams

- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis with strategic insights to enable business decisions.

- Build and manage annual operating plans (AOPs), long-range planning, and revenue/margin forecasts.

- Own monthly/quarterly financial reviews, MIS, and board-level reporting for the BPO vertical.

- Partner with sales, delivery, and pricing teams to analyze commercial deals and profitability.

- Ensure strong compliance, controls, and cost discipline across BPO operations.

- Prepare the division for due diligence, audits, and eventual IPO-readiness.

- Mentor and manage a lean team of finance professionals (team size: 4).
