The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities , ensuring the company's financial stability and growth. This role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance. The Head of Finance will work closely with the leadership team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making, while also managing a team of finance professionals. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance.

- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and financial performance.

- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
