We are hiring for a strategic leadership role to drive the operational ownership and transformation of enterprise Finance and HR technology platforms, including SAP ERP and related HCM ecosystems.

Unlike traditional implementation-heavy SAP roles, this position focuses on steady-state platform operations, operational governance, integrations, service delivery, automation, and long-term platform stability within a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

- Own end-to-end operational lifecycle management of enterprise Finance and HR platforms including SAP and related SaaS ecosystems

- Lead global support, maintenance, enhancement, and governance activities for corporate applications

- Manage enterprise application operations across Finance, HR, integrations, workflows, and vendor ecosystems

- Drive operational stability, SLA governance, release management, incident management, and change governance

- Partner closely with Finance, HR, Technology, and business leadership teams globally

- Manage third-party vendors, AMS partners, and support providers to ensure delivery excellence

- Oversee integrations, middleware environments, data flows, and enterprise platform governance

- Support transformation, automation, and optimization initiatives across Finance and HR operations

- Build and lead a lean India-based support and operations capability

- Ensure compliance, controls, audit readiness, and governance standards across enterprise platforms.

Your Profile:

- 15-22 years of experience in ERP operations, Finance technology, enterprise applications, or SAP-led transformation environments

- Strong experience managing SAP Finance ecosystems (SAP ECC/S4 HANA/FICO preferred)

- Experience working within global shared services, GCCs, AMS, or enterprise support organizations

- Strong understanding of Finance operations, ERP governance, and enterprise platform support models

- Exposure to enterprise HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, etc. would be beneficial

- Proven experience in vendor management, service delivery governance, and stakeholder management

- Experience managing global transformation or operational support programs

- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational ownership

- Strong communication and business partnering skills with global stakeholders
