Looking for a Head- Finance & Corporate Strategy- Ahmedabad (Gift City)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to drive strategic financial planning, capital structuring, and stakeholder management for the organization. This is a high-visibility role working closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board, ideal for someone who has operated at the intersection of finance, strategy, and growth in an IT/ITeS/KPO environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen combined with hands-on experience in capital structuring, investor and banking relationships, business valuations, and due diligence processesand is comfortable operating with discretion on sensitive, high-stakes initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and long-range strategic forecasting

- Structure and evaluate capital requirements across debt and equity options

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors

- Lead financial due diligence, valuation exercises, and data room preparation as needed

- Support leadership with board-level financial presentations and strategic decks

- Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances

- Ensure financial readiness and governance standards aligned with growth-stage/listed-company benchmarks

- Drive treasury management, working capital optimization, and cash flow planning

- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (Companies Act, RBI/FEMA, SEBI where applicable)

- Partner with legal and company secretarial teams on corporate structuring matters

- Maintain strict confidentiality on strategic and sensitive financial matters

Requirements:

- CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute; CFA is a plus

- 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic/corporate finance role

- Prior experience in IT, ITeS, KPO, or BPM sectors strongly preferred

- Demonstrated experience in capital raising (private equity, venture debt, structured finance) and/or M&A due diligence is highly desirable

- Exposure to public listing processes, investor relations, or regulatory filings will be an added advantage

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
