Job Title: Finance Head
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
About the Role:
The Head Finance & Compliance will oversee all financial operations, statutory compliance, and tax management.
The role requires strong expertise in accounting, regulatory compliance, and tax regulations, along with the ability to manage financial reporting and ensure adherence to SEBI and MCA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Share monthly performance updates with stakeholders.
- Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and related operations.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and PT returns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial processes.
- Handle annual MCA/ROC compliances for group companies.
SEBI & Companies Act Compliance
- Understand SEBI regulations for Investment Advisory and Portfolio Management.
- Provide compliance guidance to internal teams.
- Ensure timely submission of all required SEBI reports.
Income Tax
- Apply strong knowledge of the Income Tax Act for tax computations.
- File tax returns for Individuals, HUFs, Trusts, Companies, and Partnerships.
- Handle income tax notices and related correspondence.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (mandatory).
- 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and income tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Tally.
- Ability to handle compliance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination effectively.
