Industry: Sunflower Oil Production.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance & Administration to lead the finance function of a growing edible oils manufacturing organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong domain experience in the edible oils sector along with proven leadership in finance and administration.

Experience Required:

- 10 - 15 years of total experience.

- Minimum 5 years in a Head of Finance / Finance Leadership role.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Edible Oils industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall Finance & Administration function.

- Oversee accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and statutory compliance.

- Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports and Board-level financial statements to the Board of Directors.

- Manage, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team.

- Implement and supervise ERP onboarding and setup, ensuring seamless process integration.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.

- Raise debt and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Ensure audit coordination, statutory compliance, and risk management.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Mandatory: Experience in the Edible Oils sector.

- Proven track record as Head of Finance Leadership Role.

- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation.

- Expertise in MIS reporting and presenting financials to Boards.

- Experience in debt raising, lender management, and financial negotiations.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
