Head - Finance & Accounts - Corporate - BFSI

The role involves managing and monitoring Financial Accounting and Treasury functions in accordance with the company's approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with applicable statutory rules, regulations, and accounting standards.

The position requires strong knowledge of Ind AS and the ability to independently prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements, including ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable reporting requirements. The role also involves overseeing financial reporting, treasury operations, statutory compliance, and effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and finalization of financial statement in compliance with Ind AS and get the same audited.

- Review of Final Accounts of Group Companies.

- Ensuring Seamless compliance of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax - Accounting, return filling, audit etc.

- Accounts Payable administration, internal control etc. Customization of SAP HANA in accordance with the needs of the organization.

- Authorizing payments for approved vendor invoices.

- Fund Management through Long Term and Short Term borrowings.

- Monitor and coordinate Working Capital needs of SBUs.

- Liaison with the bankers, financial institutions, Rating Agencies, LEI, NSDL etc.

- Responsible for authorization of Direct and Indirect tax.

- Manage corporate treasury operations, including liquidity planning, cash flow optimization, and risk mitigation, to ensure the organization maintains a strong balance sheet.

- Spearhead complex financial modeling initiatives to evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure projects, and potential business expansions.
