Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts, including accounting, taxation, banking, treasury, audits, statutory compliance, FEMA/RBI, and domestic & international transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, working capital, and loans/funding.
- Handle banking, treasury, BG/LC, guarantees, reconciliations, and lender coordination.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, and RBI requirements.
- Manage international payments, remittances, audits, and internal controls.
- Lead the Finance & Accounts team and support management with financial insights.
Requirements:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Strong experience in Finance & Accounts, taxation, banking, and audits.
- Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, and RBI.
- Experience with international transactions and team management.
- Strong leadership, ownership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work from Kandla and commit to the 2-year bond.
