Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement the financial strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

3. Risk Management:
- Identify and manage financial risks to safeguard the company's assets.
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations.
4. Treasury and Cash Management:
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Optimize the company's capital structure and financing arrangements.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high levels of performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in financial processes and practices.
6. Corporate Governance:
- Ensure that the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
- Work with external auditors and ensure annual auditing is completed effectively.
7. Strategic Initiatives:
- Support and drive strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments.
- Provide financial leadership in negotiating major contracts and agreements.
