Head - Finance

Role Overview:

As the Finance Head, you will spearhead all financial activities, ensuring the fiscal health and strategic financial direction of the organization. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while also driving financial control and optimizing financial operations. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team, department heads, and external stakeholders to provide insightful financial guidance and support informed decision-making. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving profitability, managing risk, and ensuring sustainable growth, ultimately impacting the company's overall success and shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing profitability.

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to stakeholders.

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to guide resource allocation and performance management.

- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Drive financial planning and analysis initiatives, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and drive business growth.

- Manage financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax functions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and performance evaluation.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, financial control, financial modeling, and financial operations.

- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitable growth.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic background in finance or a related field.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working on-site in the Delhi NCR region.
