Head - Finance

Role Summary:

Own the end-to-end finance function including accounting, treasury, compliance, MIS, lender reporting, and LMS integration. The role requires a hands-on CA who can manage operations while building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Finance & Accounting: Manage books, monthly closure, provisioning, MIS, and audit coordination.

- Treasury & Cash Flow: Handle liquidity, lender drawdowns/repayments, cost of funds, and ALM.

- RBI & Compliance: Ensure all regulatory filings, KYC/AML oversight, and RBI compliance.

- Tax & Statutory: Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, and assessments.

- LMS & Technology: Ensure accurate loan accounting, EMI logic, and integrate LMS with accounting and bank systems, drive automation.

- MIS & Business Finance: Track disbursements, collections, NPAs, and profitability; support business decisions.

- Lender Reporting: Manage reporting, covenants, and data requirements for lenders/partners.
