About the Role:

We are hiring for our client, a reputed organization looking for a dynamic Head - Accounts & Finance to lead the financial strategy, compliance, and IPO readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in corporate finance, accounting, and capital market operations with hands-on experience in handling IPO processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all finance, accounts, and compliance functions of the organization.

- Drive IPO planning, documentation, and coordination with merchant bankers, auditors, and regulatory authorities (SEBI, ROC, etc.), should have exposure to handing 500+ crores IPO.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic business decisions.

- Oversee cash flow management, fund allocation, and financial risk control.

- Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure compliance and governance standards.

- Implement and strengthen financial systems, processes, and internal controls.

- Provide strategic inputs to management for financial performance improvement and growth initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with 10-15 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, and Compliance.

- Proven track record in handling IPO process end-to-end.

- Strong understanding of SEBI, Companies Act, and corporate finance regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in leading finance teams in mid-to-large organizations.
