Head - Finance

BNC has been mandated to recruit an experienced Finance Head for a healthcare industry based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to streamline processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end finance operations for both clinics, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Drive cost optimization and ensure efficient allocation of resources across locations.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and revenue cycle management.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and healthcare industry norms.

- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs.

- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership team for decision-making.

- Manage audits, investor reporting, and liaise with banks and external stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

Key Requirements

- Qualification: CA/MBA in Finance /Mcom

- 2-5 years of experience as a Finance Head in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of financial compliance, taxation, and MIS reporting.

- Hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and cash flow management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to a growing healthcare business with multi-location operations.
