Head - Farmscaping - Agri

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Natural Farming Leader located in Hyderabad. The Natural Farming Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day farm activities, This role is not just about growing food. It's about:

1. Rejuvenating soil through natural, chemical-free methods

2. Creating integrated ecosystems with agroforestry, seed banks, and biodiversity gain

3. Scaling hydroponics, aquaponics, and smart farming innovations

4. Educating communities, inspiring children, and sharing knowledge with local farmers

5. Representing Organo in national and global sustainability forums

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of experience in Farming

2. Experience in natural farming and sustainable agriculture

3. Knowledge of permaculture principles

4. Strong leadership and communication skills

5. Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a community

6. Experience with organic farming techniques

7. Experience with efficient water management systems

8. Experience in nursery, Management

9. Experienced and knowledgeable in preparing bio-enzymes and pesticides, and crop protection techniques

10. Understanding of off-grid energy systems

11. Passion for sustainable living and environmental conservation

12. Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related fields
