Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the delivery of Facilities Management services to a high standard. Identifying opportunities that will continuously improve all aspects of FM operations.
2. Overseeing daily operations, repairs, cleaning, and landscaping to ensure facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional.
3. Proficient in managing Facility Management Services involving managing soft services, maintenance of utilities, client interaction, front office support, vendor development and management of AMC.
4. Focus on quality-of-service delivery, ensuring best practice.
5. Overall responsibility for all soft services incl. Reception services, Post room, Catering/Vending, Cleaning, Security, meeting rooms, events management etc.
6. Lead the Energy Management and Environmental/Sustainability focus for FM.
7. Support the development of FM contracts and contractor management.
8. Responsibility for the delivery of FM Helpdesk services and systems.
9. Ensure records are created and maintained for building (site log books) to demonstrate full operational procedures are followed.
10. Property Management, Building Services Manager, Finance, Legal, Divisional/Brand Heads on service charges, rates and lease requirements.
11. Lead and develop the management of on/off site storage requirements.
12. Handling handover - possession phase with smooth experience.
13. Interfacing in resolving customer complaints post possession.
14. Handle customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and manage their expectations.
15. Managing snagging of residential flats, villas, club houses and shared areas and rendering security & housekeeping services.
16. Site Visits & involves working on weekends.
Operational Responsibilities:
1. Organizational and communication skills: To manage multiple tasks and coordinate with staff, vendors, and other departments.
2. Problem-solving skills: To address issues as they arise, from minor repairs to major emergencies.
3. Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally with team members and vendors, and in writing for reports and documentation.
4. Organizational skills: Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities, and allocating resources efficiently.
5. Adaptability: The capacity to learn new skills and adapt to the constantly evolving landscape of the facility management industry. Involves working on weekends also.
6. Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
