Location: Mumbai

Head Of Facility for a high-end premium residential complex in South Mumbai. This role demands a technically strong and people-oriented leader who can uphold the highest standards of property maintenance, security, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing luxury residential premises and HNI clientele, ensuring a seamless living experience.

About:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or Facility Management.

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in managing premium residential / hospitality / mixed-use developments.

- Strong technical know-how of MEP systems and building infrastructure.

- Assertive leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- High service orientation with experience handling HNI residents / luxury clientele.

- Well-versed with facility automation systems, budgeting, and compliance requirements.

- Oversee all facility management operations, including MEP, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and vendor management.

- Maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, fire safety, DG sets, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.

- Liaise with residents' association / society committee and address resident needs with empathy and efficiency.

- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely audits and statutory compliance.

- Lead a team of technical and service staff to deliver a five-star facility experience.

- Manage budgets, AMC contracts, and vendor SLAs for cost-effective operations.

- Ensure prompt response and resolution of resident concerns with discretion and professionalism.

- Coordinate with developers, consultants, and local authorities for ongoing facility enhancements.

- Enforce safety, hygiene, and security protocols within the complex.
