Job Role: The role involves leading Facility Operations across all Mphasis facilities globally. This also includes leading the EHS function, supporting ESG and sustainability initiatives.
Experience: 20-25 yrs experience.
- Responsible for providing leadership and direction to the entire facilities globally, including but not limited to planning, managing resources, services and costs.
- Ensuring facilities and Electromechanical Systems are complaint to statutory requirements for Air, water, Energy and EHS standards.
- Drive cost management. Ensure all facility operations are efficiently run and costs optimized (P&L Cost center).
- Effectively manage the quality and compliance of FM services across the facilities. To interface with Department leads and to ensure all service standards are delivered or exceeded
- Manage Business Continuity and Risks during facility operations.
- Ensure seat optimization across facilities. Work with RE team for new facilities and space consolidation initiatives.
- Strong Business, Administrative skills and Technical Expertise.
- Experience in Leading large teams globally. Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Engineering Degree. Preferably civil or Electrical or Mechanical
- Strong Background in Electrical and Mechanical systems
- Certifications in maintenance or facilities management are a plus
