Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilities Operations & Ambiance:
- Own the overall look, feel, and experience of the premises ensuring that lighting, fragrance, temperature, and overall ambiance reflect the brands premium standards.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and visual appeal across all customer and employee areas.
- Oversee all facilities-related functions including housekeeping, sanitation, security, and maintenance.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for utilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
2. Housekeeping Leadership:
- Maintain 5-star level standards of cleanliness and presentation across locations.
- Lead and manage in-house as well as outsourced housekeeping teams.
- Develop and monitor detailed SOPs, checklists, and audits for consistent service delivery.
3. Vendor & Contract Management:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for housekeeping, pest control, maintenance, and other facility services.
- Track vendor performance against SLAs and ensure cost-efficient service quality.
4. Budgeting & Compliance:
- Own and manage the facilities budget while optimizing costs.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
5. Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and mentor a team of facility executives and supervisors.
- Conduct ongoing training and performance reviews to sustain high service levels.
6. Process Improvement & Sustainability:
- Introduce innovations in energy efficiency, automation, and waste management.
- Benchmark and implement best practices from top hospitality and retail environments.
