About the Opportunity:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Food & Beverage Operations to lead the F&B division of a prestigious hospitality group in Hyderabad.

- This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance across restaurants, banquets, and events.

- The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in luxury or premium hospitality environments, a passion for culinary innovation, and the ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams toward a unified vision of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- F&B Leadership: Oversee complete food and beverage operations across restaurants, lounges, banquets, and in-room dining.

- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service standards and consistency in guest satisfaction through continuous feedback and improvement initiatives.

- Team Development: Lead, coach, and inspire culinary, service, and operations teams, fostering a culture of learning, discipline, and innovation.

- Operational Excellence: Drive process efficiency, hygiene compliance, and quality assurance across all outlets.

- Revenue & Profitability: Monitor P&L, optimize costs, manage inventories, and develop innovative promotions and upselling programs.

- Brand & Standards: Uphold the organization's brand ethos and service philosophy, ensuring alignment across all F&B touchpoints.

- Innovation & Strategy: Introduce menu engineering, seasonal offerings, and themed dining experiences to enhance guest engagement.

- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to create high-impact F&B concepts that elevate brand visibility and profitability.

Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of progressive experience in managing large-scale F&B operations within 5-star hotels, resorts, or premium hospitality chains.

- Proven track record in operations leadership, P&L management, and team development.

- Strong understanding of culinary operations, beverage management, and guest engagement strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and retain high-performing teams.

- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Administration from a reputed institute.

- Exposure to international F&B trends, fine dining concepts, and large banquet operations preferred
