Purpose of the job:
- Develop & execute the long-term Category, Sales & Distribution strategy & Annual Sales Plan in line with the overall company strategy in the USA, Latam, Africa & Middle East
- Lead and Oversee Sales and Distribution for in USA, Latam, Africa & Middle East
- Responsible for individual targets by way of generating business through new clients/leads &also servicing event needs of the existing clients & up selling to them.
- Ensure seamless client interfacing with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines.
- Developing relationships with key customers, influencers and partners in our target regions
- Hold P&L Accountability for entire Export division
- Actively work towards bringing down the cost of sales and distribution activities
- Build and coach a team to drive growth and expansion of brands in the USA, Latam, Africa & Middle East
- Lead and motivate subordinates for timely accomplishment of goals/targets
- Develop and nurture relationships of trust with a portfolio of customers
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Formulate and execute Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items

Experience: Post-graduate - specialisation in Marketing and Sales with 15-18 years of exports experience
Experience:
- Contextual industry experience in Food / FMCG industry
- Delivered revenues in excess of ~ 700 cr in exports with revenue growth in excess of 10% per annum
- Prior experience of handling export operations - managing international channel partners / distributors relations, driving effective channel / consumer activation strategies etc.
- Handled compliances w.r.t. documentation/registrations for exports in line with prescribed international regulations
- Experience of translating vision/broad strategies into specific targets and tasks.
- Successfully led business operations with proven track record of achievements
- Ability to deliver solution and provide expertise with speed and imagination
- Should possess high degree of business acumen and must have good understanding of P&L
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within a fast-moving environment
- Must have good connect and networking in the FMCG ecosystem
- Able to strategize sales & marketing plans through new age mediums including online marketing.
