1. Market strategy & business expansion

- Prepare market expansion plan with focus on revenue generation.

- Conduct market research to understand competition price, packaging and general market trends in the category.

- Identify business opportunities and potential partners including trade as well as OEM.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

- Set market objective with timelines to achieve overall business objective.

- Establish strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients to drive sales and ensure market penetration.

- Oversee the pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies for each market.

- Monitor financial performance, optimize profitability, and ensure sustainable revenue streams.

3. Operations & Compliance

- Ensure seamless international business operations, including logistics, supply chain management, and legal compliance.

- Navigate international trade laws, tariffs, and customs regulations to maintain smooth business transactions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational efficiency with international business requirements.

- Updated on IP Rights, Bilateral &Multilateral Agreements, FEMA, FERA, Anti-dumping, Dispute Settlement, National Laws and Treaties, Customs Laws, Export Controls etc.

4. Channel & Team Management.

- Build and lead a high-performing international business team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, finance, supply chain, and legal teams to ensure cohesive execution of international strategies.

- Engage with external partners such as government bodies, trade associations, and regulatory agencies within India or foreign countries as needed.
