- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for Europe and the USA for speciality chemicals

- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and customers within target markets.

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through relationship management, product support, and commercial negotiations.

- Lead market research initiatives to track industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and QA) to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

- Establish pricing policies and contract terms aligned with company objectives and market potential.

- Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.

- Prepare regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic plans for top management.
