Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our International Marketing, Sales, and Business Development efforts in the Tyre industry. This strategic role will be responsible for expanding our global footprint, driving exports, and building high-value international partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in global market dynamics, export operations, and corporate-level strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead international sales and export operations across multiple geographies.
- Develop and execute global business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and penetrate new markets, distributors, and OEM partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, finance, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Report directly to senior leadership and provide regular updates on export performance and strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- 20-25 years of experience in international marketing, sales, and exports-preferably in the Tyre industry.
- Proven success in managing export businesses with turnover of - 400 Crores or more.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Age range: 39-48 years preferred.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and align with organizational vision
