Hiring for a Head of Experience delivery for a renowned Charitable Foundation based at Udaipur.

Organisation Summary:

The foundation aims to build resilient communities of lifelong learners. Our work ranges from digitising Sanskrit manuscripts, planting trees, teaching kids to think like scientists, exploring art and much more. We run spaces such as a huge tech savvy community centre , a 14000sqm centre for curiosity, creation and connection; Jungle, a 140 acre urban forest; as well as several public parks. We create experiences that bring people together and spark a love for learning. We're also creating the "Amazon Kindle" for Sanskrit manuscripts.

Role Summary:

The Foundation is looking for someone who loves to create the best customer experience. This role will require you to develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain visitors while ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment. The Head of Experience Delivery will ensure every r experience, whether attending a workshop, volunteering, or just visiting, is purposeful, high quality, and drives our vision forward, by building strong systems, processes, and teams.

You will be responsible for:

All experiences delivered - from volunteer training to visitors . To do this, you will:

1. Build and implement simple, reliable systems, processes and controls (including the budget) for joyful, values-aligned delivery, using data to drive decisions.

2. Run all visitor-facing activities with care and consistency.

3. Collaborate with learning experience designers to ensure we deliver high impact learning.

4. Collaborate with foundation services to ensure spaces and experiences are safe, accessible, and welcoming to all.

5. Grow community connection and loyalty through repeat visits, memberships, and partnership.

6. Lead and grow a strong delivery team, including volunteers, with clear roles and ownership.

An ideal candidate must have:

- Ability to connect with others.

- Experience managing people.

- Strong conflict management.

- Process design skills.

It would help if you:

Have experience teaching/in L&D.

Have run public spaces.

Can work with data.
